I'll split this into sections so that this is more easier to read for you lazy readers.

I. The Origin of O________X

The day that I joined Quarantine was a few months after Combat Arms' actual release date. Before this though, I've always been an avid maplestory player. It wasn't until my brother
Foig, introduced me to Combat Arms.

I've actually had many old accounts before O________X. To name a few I can remember : iHateHim, iHateHer, Naru, and Naruna. These accounts are where I learned the basics of combat arms. Grenade physics, player model clipping, KDR control, bunny hopping, strafing, recoil control, supermans, quickscopes, no scopes, and more were just some of the things I have learned. Emnesty at this time was a hot topic, so he pushed me into a "sniping" career for the time-being.

Throughout my learning saga, I met an astounding clan of "faces" as their username. Not only was their name appealing, but so was their skill and this influenced me to make O________X.

II. The Enlistment and Beginning

July 12, 2009, O________X is born, just shortly before the release of Quarantine Mode on July 29, 2009. I always thought Quarantine would be the best game mode ever. I've always loved zombie movies as well as the thrill and excitement from the suspense.

I woke up one morning and Foig told me that quarantine was out. I went online to try it out. It was clear then that zombies were impossible to kill. Explosives weren't effective during these days of quarantine. The zombies had over 400HP and it would literally take 3 bullets just to deal one HP damage.

I myself though, did not give up and I continued to learn more about Quarantine. I met this guy named Dom and he was the first person I've seen use the elevator. He was an amazing player for Quarantine since it was brand new. He use to open the elevator to save me and I was touched. I added him as a friend. However, he wasn't an avid Quarantine player so I playing with him would be rare.

A few weeks later of just repetitive Quarantine game play, I've learned almost every hiding spot in overdose. My infection abilities were above average by now. I wasn't necessarily a parkour free runner, but more of a "mislead zombie around corner" type of free runner. I really loved the idea of using smoke grenade as well as spamming bullets away such as the UZI or UMP. Also,

I've played to a point where there was this one GM Event that I luckily got into. In fact, there's a video about the event and ME in it. However, there was no clips of me running or hiding or whatsoever. I did not win the event because of my lack of skill at that time.

Moving on, I eventually got bored of Quarantine and went back into sniping and elimination. I enjoyed bombing run because of the "no kill limit" thing. However, Nexon had another surprise for me.

III. Quarantine Regen - The New Saga

Surprise, surprise, nexon did some tweaks and now Quarantine is suppose to be more "fair". In my curiousity, I came back around CSM to try it out again. Zombies are allowed to heal now and explosives deal more damage. Their HP have also been nerfed.

I expanded my quarantine skills in this saga. The range of the zombie swipes, explosive damage radius memorizing, the point system, newer survival tactics, and better use of my primary and secondary weapons were just some of the things I learned.

I met a decent Quarantine player here, named
BunBunCake. He was a really good player and I learned a couple of free running tactics from this person. His group of friends was something to take note of. Each of them were loaded with GP speed gear. There's something they all had in common, and that was their clan...

IV. Quarantine Elite - My Hunting Saga

The common thing they had was their clan. It was called QuarantineElite. The name really fascinated me as well as the clan colour and emblem. It made their more fearful to play with and figured that I wanted to join. I ended up having a tryout and passing it. I entered the clan and met new people that, too, were amazing. Some are (correct me if I'm wrong): Gboogie, pkpolish, HeavenFlow, EpochUnicorn, and l2evolution. However, something that caught my eye were two unactive admins named StiffNinja95 & SimplyTB.

I underestimated
l2evolution before I actually played him. I was around CSM or so when I finally found a room with him. He was loaded with GP speed gear, white camo, a Spas-12, Mines, one law, a super grenade, and a manually supressed K5. I was watching him clutch a round and I was literally amazed at his knowledge of the map. His unstoppable Spas-12 and K5 made him almost impossible to get near. One of his signature moves was setting lit mines in the medroom and blowing them up with his law from the camera. His idea of "law-ing the mines" to trigger them manually was something I've never seen before. Most people just let zombies run into them, but he was the first to trigger the mines.

Also,
l2evolution was also a tough zombie to run from. He had a signature back in the day, now known as crouch infect. But he, too, was the first I have seen to efficiently use that tactic. Once you'd see him plant his feet near you (crouching), you'll think: F**K I'M INFECTED.

I had once asked him "What was your goal?". He told me "to get atleast 4 slays every round and be top 10 for survivals". The fact that he can actually achieve more than 4 kills in one round consistently was scary. When he mentioned the "top 10", I was unsure what he meant. But I did more studying and I found it on the website. Knowing this, I was motivated and inspired to push myself to the top. I had to go through many pages to found out that I was in the top 300 most survivals, so I knew I had hope.

Later on, I grew a bond with more of my clan mates such as
EdwardBuck, TheStrongz, Ronin, DribbleNuts, CyanidePuppet, and 3xtinction-. My brother Foig also made it in QuarantineElite as well and I was happy. I learned numerous new things from these boys, and I also grew a bond with them.

V. QuarantineElite Promotion

Around this time, a friend of mine from real life got into Combat Arms. His name is Distriction. It was really cute how I had to teach him so many things. We've played just about every Quarantine game together and it was nice to see how he got better and better. He developed his own style which is something that each player needs. Their own style. Eventually Distriction was good enough to join QuarantineElite, and I was happy with that.

I've been in QuarantineElite for so long now. I've ranked from MSG to 2ND LT. During one game, l2evolution whispers me saying, "I'm qutting Combat Arms, I want you to take care of it" or something alone those lines. At first, I thought he was trolling me but l2ev isn't the type of guy to kid around. I accepted his statement and then he messaged me again, but this time after the game through messenger. He sent me his ID and password, and by now I could tell this is serious. What was I going to go?

Everything started to change now. I was bombarded with clan applications, questions, leader duties, and more. I took some notice in my clan and realized for some strange reason that SimplyTB and StiffNinja95 had disappeared. Rumor had it that those two were the best players at Quarantine. Also a girl named Annie was known to be at the top as well. I was in disbelief though. Anyways, being a new leader of QuarantineElite meant that people would begin to look up to me. I tried my best to be a role model. I discouraged specialist-use, raging, and backed that up with a professional sleek style to my gameplay style.

Everything was in fact going fine. I wasn't exactly learning anything because I'd just about learned everything you can learn. Until one day, I met TheLaffinMan, StiffNinja55, and Annie in this one room. It was near the end of the game, so I was barely able to see their gameplay style. Laffin and Annie had left the room but I had a little conversation with StiffNinja55.

VI. -StiffNinja-

He was on an alt apparently. I conversed more with him and told him how people told me he was the best player. He was humble and refused to agree with me. I asked for a game and he said sure. During this game, I had underestimated Stiff in the beginning. I infected him a couple of times and said "nope he isn't the best". However, I judged too soon. This one round, it was a 1 vs 1 with me and him. I was the zombie. He was the human. The chase started in the elevator area where all the boxes are. Stiff just got into his "flow" at this time so he really knew how to use the map. He did tactics I had never seen before. They were completely amazing it was funny how it turned into a "follow the leader" type of game but I was miserably failing. After about 1 minute of chasing, I now understood, why he was called the best. I added him as a friend and we later played some more.

Moving on, me and Stiff eventually got closer. We were two people both highly interested in Quarantine, We loved to discuss new techniques, strategies, grenade tricks, and more together. Honestly, this was the age when players (such as Stiff and I) started to expand on grenade physics and use it as an advantage. A new idea we came up with was bouncing grenades off of walls or objects. Also, me and Stiff have started trying out prediction/timing grenades around this time as well.

Also around this time, we both took montages into consideration. He released his first montage and I was intrigued by how different his style is compared to mine. You can see how his prediction grenades and wall-bounced grenades were starting to sprout in his montage. I really loved his first montage, and it really inspired me to make my own.

Eventually I released my own montage around January 2011.

If you are DribbleNuts, then you're forgetting the part where you told me about how you wanted to be the best in Ghost Town.
